WHAT SORT OF PROGRAM DO YOU OFFER FOR PT?

The program will depend on your objectives and goals. It will be personalized for you. 

Some examples of programs we offer include - fat loss, muscle building, injury rehab, strengthen weakness, aerobic capacity, heart health, improve posture, functional fitness, strength & conditioning, sports-specific skills, etc.

WHAT IS CORRECTIVE EXERCISE?

We help you solve your problems in terms of injury, pain, poor movement pattern, not-sure-what, etc. 

Find out the cause. Get rid of trigger factors. Optimise movement. Built integrity (strengthening process). Functional integration.

Do the correct exercise that is right for you. Strengthen what is weak and stretch/relax what is over-working.
